Find jobs that match your profile

Find Jobs turns your profile into ready-to-run searches across twelve major job boards, so you stop searching them one at a time. Here’s how to use it.

1. Generate your target titles (once)

On your Profile, click Generate job titles. The AI suggests realistic titles you’re qualified for. These show up as one-click options in Find Jobs — you can also just type a title instead.

2. Run your searches

1. Open Find Jobs.
2. Pick a target role from your titles, or type one.
3. Enter a location, and toggle Remote if you want remote roles.
4. Click any board — LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, We Work Remotely, and more — to open a prefilled search in a new tab.

3. Let AI recommend your best boards

Click Recommend best boards and the AI ranks the twelve boards for your profile — highlighting the best fits and floating them to the top, each with a short reason. A tech candidate might see Dice and Built In rise; a remote-seeker, We Work Remotely.

4. Capture what you find

When you spot a good role, use the browser extension to add it straight to your tracker — then tailor a résumé to it. That’s the full loop: search → capture → tailor → track.
